Automatic Disinfection Tunnel
The serious global situation has led us to create a solution that can be of public value. It is a tunnel for the disinfection and sanitization of people and items with an integrated hydraulic spray system capable of spraying any type of cleansers or sanitizers.
Our Automatic Disinfection Tunnel for ideal sanitization contains the atomized liquid spray saturating the environment. In this way, it is possible to disinfect or sanitize all surfaces even those which are not directly exposed to the nozzles.
IS IT SAFE?
A recent study conducted by the CSIRNational Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, and the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai found that ‘using a scientific design and correct amount of disinfectant inside spray tunnels can actively reduce virus, bacteria and other microbes on clothes and external body’.
WHAT IT IS USED FOR
Sanitary Gate represents safe protection and can be installed at the entrance of public offices, pharmacies, supermarkets, airports, hospitals, ports, stations, and in all the crowded places for the hygienist on of people and or the sanitization of goods, vehicles, and materials.
HOW IT WORKS
The tunnel is equipped with, internal arc-shaped atomizing nozzles that Saturate the environment but preventing dispersions. Access to the tunnel is regulated by LED lights with motion detection. As soon as someone enters motion sensors detect the person and system starts working

HOW TO INSTALL
After the tunnel is placed in the desired area, extend the frame, fix to the ground or anchor with weights, available as an optional extra. Position the control unit close to the tunnel, connect the control unit to the tunnel, and to the electrical and water supply. Also, connect the control unit to the traffic light and the motion sensor.
The disinfectants used are safe, environmentally-friendly, and fully compliant with the Dubai Municipality’s guidelines. It is a perfect solution that will cater to the sanitization and sterilization needs of malls, public parks, beaches, hospitals, construction sites, labor accommodations, and even residential areas.
